The brace supports and protects the wrist joint without taking the hand out of action. Shaped stays run along the front and back of the wrist and limit how far it bends each way rather than locking it, and an elastic strap sets how firmly it holds. Padded zones sit over the parts of the wrist that take the pressure, and the whole thing fastens with one hand, so you can put it on without help. Size is the circumference of your wrist, and each brace is made for one hand, so choose the side as well.
