Physiotherapist in Pascoe Vale

Reviewed by Andrew Macdonald, Senior PhysiotherapistAHPRA registered (PHY0002098797), APA member

Pascoe Vale sits north-west of Brunswick West, connected via Gaffney Street and Melville Road, and it’s a suburb we’ve treated patients from for years — often people who’ve specifically chosen to stay with Andrew after moving further out, rather than switch to somewhere closer.

Why Pascoe Vale patients choose us

Continuity matters a lot in physiotherapy — a treatment plan works best when the same physiotherapist is tracking your progress from the first session onward, adjusting as you improve rather than starting from scratch with someone new. That’s the main reason a number of our Pascoe Vale patients keep coming to Brunswick West rather than a clinic nearer home: they’ve already built that history with Andrew, and the extra few minutes’ drive is worth not restarting the process elsewhere.

What people come in for

Pascoe Vale patients most commonly come in for lower back and neck pain, joint and muscle complaints, and sports injuries, along with post-surgical and post-operative rehabilitation. See our full list of conditions treated here and treatment techniques for more detail.

First visit

No GP referral is required to book. If it’s your first time seeing a physiotherapist, what to expect at your first appointment covers what to bring, what to wear, and how the initial assessment works.

Frequently asked questions

Do you treat patients from Pascoe Vale?

Yes — Pascoe Vale is one of the suburbs we regularly see patients from, a short trip down Gaffney Street and Melville Road to our Brunswick West clinic.

How do I get to the clinic from Pascoe Vale?

By car, Gaffney Street connects through to Melville Road. Pascoe Vale Station, on the Craigieburn line, is also an option if you're combining a train trip with a short tram or walk from the Sydney Road end.

Is parking available at the clinic?

Yes — there is on-street parking directly in front of the clinic on Melville Road, and the opposite side of the road is unrestricted at any hour. On the clinic's side you cannot park between 7:00am and 9:00am on weekdays, so for an early appointment, park across the road.
