Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of this website, booking an appointment with Physiotherapist Melbourne (trading as Physio Melbourne), and any purchase made through our online shop. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
General information only
Content on this website is general in nature and provided for information purposes. It isn't intended as a substitute for a proper clinical assessment or professional health advice specific to you — see our disclaimer for more detail.
Bookings and appointments
Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Physiotherapy is a direct-access service, so no GP referral is required to see Andrew as a private patient — a referral is only needed if you're claiming through Medicare, DVA, WorkCover or TAC. See our new patients page for what to expect at your first visit.
Cancellations and missed appointments
We understand that appointments sometimes need to change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule — fees are waived with this notice. A $50 late-cancellation fee may apply if less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if you don't attend. See our refunds policy for more detail.
Fees and payment
Consultation fees are due and payable on the day of service. Current fees, and how claiming works through private health insurance, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and TAC, are set out on our fees & rebates page.
Online shop
Products sold through our online shop are supplied subject to availability. We try to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but errors can occur — if a product you've ordered turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced, we'll contact you before processing payment or fulfilling the order. Payment is accepted by credit/debit card (processed securely via Stripe), or direct bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are held until payment is received and matched against your order reference. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout; some items may only be available for collection from reception or at your appointment.
Results may vary
Physiotherapy outcomes and recovery timeframes vary from person to person depending on your specific condition, history and how your body responds to treatment. We don't guarantee a particular outcome, recovery time or result.
