Both heights are on the one pillow, 8cm along one side and 9cm along the other, so it keeps working through a growth spurt instead of being replaced. 56 × 37cm, one piece of foam under a cotton cover that comes off to wash, and it takes a standard pillowcase. Choose traditional foam for firmer support or memory foam to contour.
